WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
We are a 100% online store. Although our legal headquarters are in Peru, all orders are prepared and shipped exclusively from international distribution centers directly to your address. We do not maintain local stock or ship from Peru.

PROCESSING TIMES
1-3 business days. During this time, we transmit your order to our warehouse for preparation and shipment.

DELIVERY AREAS, TIMES, AND COSTS
The exact cost and delivery time are confirmed at checkout before payment:

- United States: Free shipping. Delivery in 5 to 12 business days.

- Europe and Canada: Delivery in 10 to 20 business days.

- Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the Middle East: Delivery in 15 to 30 business days.

All orders include a tracking number sent by email upon shipment.
