OUR PURCHASE GUARANTEE
We are a 100% online store. Although our legal headquarters are in Peru, all orders are prepared and shipped directly from international distribution centers to your address.
For this operational reason, we do not accept physical returns at our Peruvian address. We do not have a local warehouse or staff to receive returned merchandise. This model allows us to offer you free shipping to the United States and the best prices without reverse logistics costs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?
Your purchase is protected by these 3 guarantees:
1. IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE
If your order does not arrive within 35 calendar days from the shipping date, we will give you a full refund or send you the product again at no cost. You choose the option you prefer.
2. IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If your product arrives damaged or with factory defects, please send us a photo and video to ajhampierpereyra@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We will give you a full refund or free reshipment, without you having to return the damaged product.
3. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at ajhampierpereyra@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a 100% refund. Once shipped, we cannot cancel it due to international logistics timelines.
